- Work location: Texas Health Southwest, 6100 Harris Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76132 – Sports Medicine department across from main hospital
- Work hours: Part-time: 24 hours/week, (3) 8-hour shifts, variable schedule, Monday-Friday

Here’s What You Need
· Bachelor’s Degree Completion of a Physical Therapy program required.
· 2-years Physical Therapy experience required.
· 1+ year experience as a clinical instructor for Physical Therapy professional students preferred.
· ABPTS – American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists upon hire required Or CNT – Certified Neonatal Therapist And upon hire required
· PT – Physical Therapist Texas Physical Therapy License Upon Hire required
· BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required.
· Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
· Problem- solving ability; Ability to teach others.
· Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills.
What You Will Do
· Performs age-appropriate patient assessment and establishes plan of care.
· Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment.
· Educates patient and family through instruction, demonstration, and/or appropriate handouts in treatment plan, safety issues, home
programs/self-management and assistive equipment.
· Documents all aspects of assessment, plan of care, and re-certifications in accordance with departmental, TJC, Medicare, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
· Works in partnership with peers, other disciplines, and departmental personnel
· Focus on Daily Living Skills, Mobility and Cognition of Patients.
