Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency

Work location: Texas Health Kaufman- 850 Ed Hall Drive, Kaufman, TX 75142
Work hours: Full time 36 hours a week, Nights. 7:00pm – 7:00am with rotating weekends

Here’s What You Need

  • Nursing Diploma Nursing Req Or   Associate’s Degree Nursing Req Or   Bachelor’s Degree Nursing is preferred
  • 1 Year Experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program is required
  • 2 years of ER experience is strongly preferred
  • RN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire is required And 
  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly is required
  • CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days is requiredAnd  
  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days is required
  • NRP – Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 Days is required And  
  • PALS – Pediatric Advanced Life Support 90 Days is required Or  
  • ENPC – Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course 6 Months is required And  
  • TNCC – Trauma Nursing Core Course 12 months is required
  • A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
