 Fast-paced, high volume Pharmacy Department is looking for top skilled Clinical Pharmacist’s. Is that you?

Here’s What You Need  

·       Pharm.D. Required

·       PHAR – Pharmacist Texas 90 Days Required

Skills

·       Must be computer literate, proficient in typing, able to perform basic math calculations, able to read, speak, and communicate effectively in English, directly, or over the telephone, with all employees and customers.

What You Will Do

·        This position is responsible for role modeling teamwork and advancing employee partnership through servant leadership, including actively recognizing excellence and improvement from co-workers to mentor growth and development, in addition to holding oneself and others.

·        This position is responsible not only for the management of one’s own time but shares the responsibility for decreasing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new efficiencies.

Service & Culture

·        This position is responsible for the provision of optimal pharmaceutical care through participation in clinical services and oversight of distribution services and technologies.

·        Completes weekend, evening weekday and holiday staffing pharmacist shifts as required during the residency year.

Quality and Safety

·        This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of one’s own work and supporting the department’s quality improvement and patient safety initiatives, programs and standards.

·        Not only follows departmental policies and procedures but actively looks for and suggests ways to improve them for the betterment of patient care, the hospital and the department.

Finance and Stewardship

·        This position is responsible not only for the management of one’s own time but shares the responsibility for decreasing pharmaceutical costs (including wastage) and discovering new efficiencies.

Growth & Integration

·        This position is responsible for the ongoing professional development of oneself as well as one’s peers to advance the professionalism of the department as a whole.

·        This requires remaining in a constant learning state and teaching others simultaneously, as well as developing new professional relationships with other healthcare providers and planning for the future.
