WORK LOCATION:  The address is 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
WORK SCHEDULE:   Full Time Days (7A-7P) for 36 hrs./ week.  Weekend and holiday requirements 

ICU DEPARTMENT HIGHLIGHTS:

•    Self-scheduling unit with 30 beds.
•    Our ICU Unit is devoted to intensive care for the region’s most critically ill patients.
•    Our intensivist program puts the care of ICU patients under the guidance of board-certified critical care physicians, who directly oversee patient care in the ICU throughout the day. Physicians are available 24 hours. 
•    Critical care nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants — all trained in critical care medicine — help provide care in the ICU around the clock.  
•    Awarded the Beacon Gold-level of excellence in 2015 & 2018 & 2022. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

•    Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program required 
•    6 months in an acute care Hospital setting or completion of THR Residency program 
•    LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse—Upon Hire Required
•    BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support—prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

•    Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program required 
•    6 months in an acute care Hospital setting or completion of THR Residency program 
•    LVN – Licensed Vocational Nurse—Upon Hire Required
•    BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support—prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
•    ACLS—Advanced Cardiac Life Support—within 90 days required
•    CPI—Crisis Prevention Intervention—within 90 days required
