Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Here’s What You Need

Education

·         H.S. Diploma or Equivalent (Required) And

 

Experience

·         2 Years Front or back office experience in a clinic setting (Required)

 

Skills

·         Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting.

·         Ability to work both independently and as a team.

·         Able to effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts.

·         Provides positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.

·         Able to maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records.

·         Demonstrated working knowledge of health care administration concepts.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

·         Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.

·         A team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.

 

What You Will Do

·         Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.

·         Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.

·         Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.

·         Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.

·         Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.

·         Assists the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.

·         Assists the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.

·         Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.
