Education
Bachelor’s Degree Nursing Req
Experience
2 Years nursing experience Req
Licenses and Certifications
RN – Registered Nurse Upon Hire Req And
CWCN – Certified Wound Care Nurse 6 Months Req Or
CWON – Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse 6 Months Req Or
CWOCN – Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse 6 Months Req And
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Req And
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 Days Pref
