Position Highlights

·        Work hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with on call rotation

·        Covering for the Clearfork location will be needed

Here’s What You Need:

 

·        H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required

·        Associate’s degree Experience in Health Care Maintenance (Construction Management, Construction Technology, Engineering Technology, or Industrial Technology) preferred

·        2 Years office, healthcare, or engineering environment required

·        Experience in construction management, construction or engineering technology, or industrial technology preferred

 

Licenses and Certifications

 

·        DL – Driver’s License Texas, current Upon Hire Required

 

Skills:


Knowledge of systems used in the healthcare environment, advanced computing and applications, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and self-sufficient scheduling of personal time to achieve completion of all work assigned and/or required per the job description.

 

What You Will Do:

 

CMMS System / Software Management – Superuser

·        Coordinates system changes, modifications through the work order system

·        Trains new employees

·        Audits equipment inventory

·        Runs routine reports for leadership review

 

Building Automation System Management / Oversight

·        Coordinates system changes and additions

·        Ensures required temperatures, air pressures, and humidity measures are accurate

·        Runs routine reports for leadership review

 

Vendor / Outsourced Work Management
Coordinates work with vendors and oversees repairs ensuring work is timely and completed to meet quality and cost requirements

Purchasing

·        Initiates requisitions for services, parts, and supplies

 

Assists With Construction Management

 

·        Point of contact for vendors

·        Ensures compliance with safety measures

·        Ensures transfer of information/documents

 

Assists with TJC Tracer entry and reports

·        Ensures compliance with required documentation

·        Other duties or work orders as assigned
