The Texas Health Difference

Our values of respect, integrity, compassion and excellence are at the heart of all we do at Texas Health. These values allow every member of our staff to represent the healing hands and caring hearts of Texas Health.

As one of the largest faith-based, nonprofit health care delivery systems in the United States and the largest in North Texas in terms of patients served we’re here to provide top-notch care with reliable quality to the people we serve.

Plus, Texas Health is a great place to work. Ongoing initiatives like our Diversity Action Teams and Living Our Promise have helped to create an inclusive, supportive, people-first, excellence-driven culture and workplace.

Our commitment to keep our patients, visitors and employees safe is evident in all we do. Texas Health employees are required to have the flu vaccine administered during flu season. Other vaccines may be required based on the job role. Medical and religious vaccine exemption requests may be submitted and reviewed for approval. Additionally, certain departments and employees are required to undergo High-Level Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) training at regular intervals.

Texas Health is also committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with disabilities. If, because of a medical condition or disability, you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the application process, or in order to perform the essential functions of a position, please call 682-236-7286 Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CST.
