TCU Graduate Nurse Interview Event FAQs



Q:  What is the goal of our TCU GN Interview Event?

A:  The goal of the TCU GN Interview Event is to place Texas Christian University (TCU) nursing students in a Versant® RN Residency position at Texas Health Resources.


Q:  Who attends the TCU GN Interview Event?

A:  TCU graduating nursing students who have applied and been scheduled to interview on a day(s) during the TCU GN Interview Event. 


Q:  When do TCU nursing students apply?

A: TCU nursing students will be notified via email in mid-December and provided a 2 day window to apply to the TCU GN Interview Event posting.  


Q: How will TCU nursing students be prepared for the Interview Event?

A:  TCU nursing students will be provided an overview on the Texas Health application process during the Meet and Greet, as well as, what to expect during the TCU GN Interview Event.  Prior to the scheduled GN interview, students will be emailed personalized information on their interview time and other pertinent details.


Q:  What should students expect at the close of the Interview Event?

A:  Selected TCU nursing students will receive verbal offers within 3-5 business days of the interview.   Beginning January 18th, 2018, we will  send  emails with official offers and additional instructions about our on-boarding process.


Q:  When will non-TCU nursing students be allowed to apply?

A:  All GN positions will be posted externally on February 19th.
