We know everyone needs to make a change from time to time. But we also know that it might be time to make a change again, back to Texas Health Resources.
We'd love to stay in touch with you and we still consider you a part of the Texas Health family. If you are a former employee, eligible for rehire, and re-employed within six months (180 days) after your departure, you will be eligible for bridging of service.
Bridging of service will include:
- Your Paid Time Off (PTO) will accrue at the rate accrued prior to your departure (unless the employee is rehired in a position with a different accrual rate).
- Your participation in the Texas Health Retirement Plan is available immediately to you upon return. Company contributions and your previous vesting will be re-established based upon eligibility prior to your departure.
- You will be immediately eligible for all benefits plans if your new position is eligible. All pre-existing condition exclusion periods are waived with the exception of Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD).
