Texas Health Dallas is currently hiring a Nurse Manager I for our Perot OR. Hours 6:45am to 3:15pm with a variable schedule according to volume and needs of department. The Perot OR manager provides leadership and strategic planning of the staff. As a member of the Leadership Team, this position will ensure the development , implementation and evaluation of policies, programs, and services consistent within facility's goals and objectives. Nursing clinical and leadership experience/skills as noted above. Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills. Successfully leads, delegates, motivates, and multitasks while under stress. Excellent time management skills. Basic computer skill and training in perioperative financial background guidelines are all strongly preferred.
Required minimum education: BSN required MSN preferred.
Required minimum experience: Five years experience as an RN in operating room with three years progressive nursing leadership success.
RN and BLS required
