Zone. This multi-functional position will provide a higher level of both professional expertise and operational application for
Preparedness functions and will significantly contribute to enhancing the overall preparedness status of THR
Education: Master's Degree
Emergency Management, Safety, Health Care Administration, Public Administration
Experience: Ten Years experience in a related field.
Demonstrated leadership level experience within preparedness discipline.
Serve as a resource and advisor to Zone Leaders and Triads in the areas of emergency management, environmental safety, enterprise risk management, and business continuity.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Entity Safety/Emergency Management personnel in the development, training, and execution of the Emergency Operations Plan.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Entity Safety/Emergency Management personnel in the area of business continuity to include Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plan development, and business continuity training and
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Entity Risk Managers on Enterprise Risk Management functions to include risk
identification and analysis, development and maintenance of the Entity risk register, and integration of enterprise risk
management with overall Entity threat management activities to include HR Threat Management Team, Emergency Management, and Business Continuity.
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Entity Safety Officers on all operational aspects of safety to include life safety, facility and grounds safety, and reducing safety risks to the Entity.
