Minimum Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Licensed Athletic Trainer by the state of Texas
Minimum Experience: 3 years sales or healthcare experience
Work Hours/Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
*Plan, organize and direct sales activities for BHSTI and the THPG Sports Medicine Physician’s to extend and increase use of consumer oriented services.
*Develops, carries out and tracks the results of marketing, advertising and promotional plans for Ben Hogan Sports Therapy.
*Produce and maintain a complete database of assigned accounts and viable prospects within the assigned territory.
*Makes presentations to schools, physicians, coaches and closes sales.
*Make face-to-face contacts and presentations to all customers and potential customers, introducing new products and present product offerings.
*Collaborates with Director with developing the marketing strategies
*Establishes relationships with referral sources including orthopedic surgeons, primary care physicians, osteopathic physicians, athletic trainers and coaches.
*Continuously seeks ways to grow existing product lines as well as explore opportunities to add new services.
*Collaborate with Director and management staff on collateral marketing materials
Athletic Training Outreach -
*Determine appropriate athletic training staff and skill mix to deliver quality, cost effective athletic training to contracted teams.
*Recruit, interview, retain, and career counsel athletic trainers.
*Assist with supervision, training, and scheduling of personnel.
*Assist with progressive discipline as needed and evaluate new hires (athletic trainers) in 90 days.
*Develop and maintain athletic training services/outreach to affiliated teams.
*Participates and supervises athletic training outreach program
*Partners with BHSTI management to ensure alignment of system and business unit goals and priorities in the development and implementation of the marketing plan.
*Working with operations, evaluates, communicates and eliminates obstacles within the referral process.
1) Collaborates with Director and Sports Medicine Physicians on developing community outreach education events.
2) Provides education and training to teachers, coaches, athletic trainers and team.
3) Collaborates and participates with the director and Sports Medicine Physicians on injury clinics that are held in our facilities.
4) Participates and presents as available in athletic training student education and local, regional and national educational
