Bachelor’s degree in health related area, Social Service, Business or Public Health
1 year experience in healthcare related field performing or supporting outpatient related care delivery processes or other health information technology
LICENSE / CERTIFICATION Required:
This position implements the THPG internal monitoring program, which is population health based and works to improve patient outcomes through monitoring, analysis and trending based on accountable metrics and evidence based guidelines. THPG internal monitoring supports individual providers and practices in meeting Quality performance indicators that aid in achieving NCQA Individual and Practice Level recognitions, Accountable Care contract requirements and internal provider quality incentives.
