This position supports market positioning and business development activities for Southwestern Health Resources. It is key to activating B2B outreach and engagement, developing responses to meet business needs, and supporting pre- and post- enrollment efforts.

Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing

Eight (8) years experience related to position.

Writing skills, Project management, Presentation Skills, Ability to support design of basic Materials, such as fact sheets and Power Point Presentations.

Job Duties/Essential Functions:
In collaboration with senior leadership, develop and execute SWHR Market and Payor Relations marketing communications plans and initiatives, based on the strategic goals of Southwestern Health Resources.
Serve as project manager, including formulate written project documentation and working with the team to assign project milestones, develop the creative pieces and then evaluate their  effectiveness and assess general return on
Ensure feedback loop for all tactical elements of the plans enabling tracking and recalibrating, if necessary, to ensure growth goals are met.

Support market positioning and business development activities, including meetings and educational forums with business stakeholders (such as HR consultants, brokers, and plan sponsors). Maintain awareness of targeted audience segments.

Provide editorial oversight and direction for SWHR audience-specific communications, including collateral,
publications, direct mail appeals, content-driven marketing, promotions, and events in support of B2B initiatives.
Research, write and edit new print and electronic content, as needed. Plan, develop, and implement promotional and marketing communications materials as needed.

Support responses to RFPs, including developing and maintaining a database of responses to inquiries, as well as researching and writing tailored responses to aligned with specific business opportunities.

Performs other duties as assigned.
