The Director of Rehab Services is responsible for the inpatient and outpatient rehab departments.

Bachelor's Degree related rehab field required
**Master's Degree professional field, business administration or healthcare administration preferred**

Five years experience in hospital management required

Licenses and Certifications
PT - Physical Therapist Upon Hire
OT - Occupational Therapist Upon Hire
SLP - Speech Language Pathology Upon Hire

Skills and Abilities
Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal skills; good verbal and written communication skills; basic computer skills; strong financial management skills including analysis and budgeting; knowledge of industry standards and regulatory standards for area of responsibility; ability to work as a member of a team, to lead, learn and be creative
