Full Time Days 7:00 am to 7:00 pm variable hours with mandatory on call requirements.  Schedule will include holidays and weekends.

Department Overview:
A new inpatient dialysis unit working closely with the exceptional ICU team. Typical shifts will include nursing and support staff daily caring for patients during routine and emergent dialysis runs or plasmapharesis.

Prefer but not required BSN upon hire.
Current AHA BLS license upon hire.
Require ACLS within 6 months after hire.
Prefer minimum of 1 year Critical Care experience.
Prefer minimum of 1 year Dialysis experience.

Required minimum education: Associates Degree Required.

RNs hired within THR after December, 2016, require completion of BSN within 2 years of start date.

Required minimum experience: One year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program, or acceptance into a THR residency program.

Required license/certification: Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
