Master’s in Business Administration, Health Administration or related discipline.
Minimum of five years of experience in business innovation and growth.
**Prior healthcare or clinical service line experience preferred.**
Demonstrated verbal and written ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with diverse health and administrative professionals. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization. Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate team consensus and coach for results. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities. Ability to be a strategic planner with sound technical and decision making skills, analytical acumen, good judgment, and a strong business focus. Creative and strategic thinker with high ethical standards and professional image. Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, graphics, and clinical systems. Strong knowledge of Orthopedics, Neuroscience, Post-Acute, and Heart and Vascular services. Strong knowledge of Joint Commission and other regulatory and accreditation related requirements. In-depth awareness of current trends related to the healthcare industry, especially trends related to orthopedic services.
