QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Master's degree related field - preferred
Experience
5 yrs healthcare quality improvement with proven experience leading inter-professional teams to successful outcomes - required
3 yrs progressive experience in healthcare leadership - required
1 yr integrated health system and experience in a highly reliable organization - preferred
work schedule
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
May require travel to THR entities within the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and executes the THR Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement plan, utilizing methodologies/tools to integrate operational practices enterprise wide as approved by the Board of Trustees to ensure the delivery of safe, highly reliable, quality patient care services.

Build a highly effective team which will collaborate with leaders and staff enterprise wide to integrate quality and regulatory processes, to deploy, monitor, spread, and sustain improvements. 20%

Presents a comprehensive view of the organization’s quality outcomes profile, process and outcome trends, and effectiveness of reliable care design strategies and works directly with entity quality directors to improve outcomes. Ability to Analyze data/ effectively, design dashboards, and present meaningful information to successfully formulate strategies to rapidly improve performance.

Develop action plans, design quality outcome program methodologies and deploy effective and reliable processes to improve patient safety and quality of care enterprise wide through monitoring of key performance indicators. 20%
