Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital is seeking a full time Clinical Lab Assistant for their laboratory.

• Full Time; 2nd Shift
• Wednesday - Friday, rotating every other Saturday and holiday rotation; 09:00 - 21:30

Required Minimum Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Minimum Experience:
• Highly Preferred: 1 year of phlebotomy experience in a hospital experience
• Lab Assistant with point of care experience, preferred. Instruments include I-STAT, Sofia, urine pregnancy, flu testing, etc.
• Prefer 6: months experience as a phlebotomist or completion of a one semester course in phlebotomy

Required License/Certification:
• None required
• Prefer: PBT (ASCP)

Required Skills (if applicable):
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Prefer: Venipuncture skills with all age groups
