Qualifications/Duties:
Position Summary:

This position performs basic to semi-skilled maintenance requests and maintenance support for the hospital, hospital
equipment, hospital properties, and grounds.

Provide basic building repair and maintenance support including, but not limited to, general mechanical repairs,
painting, electrical, plumbing, customer requests, grounds, and the like utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.

Participate in hospital and departmental safety programs, education opportunities, and related training.


Skills and Abilities:

Proficient in the use of computerized systems for all aspects of job performance; ability to perform basic building maintenance
functions to include painting and general repairs; working knowledge of basic hand/ power tool operation; the ability to
recognize and solve practical problems or issues; ability to communicate maintenance problems to hospital departments and
departmental supervisors; ability to work in extreme temperatures; ability to work unsuprvised and in teams; excellent written,
verbal, and listening skills; ability work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

Qualifications:

1 Year Maintenance in commercial or industrial environment - Required

1 Year Healthcare environment - preferred

H.S. Diploma or Equivalent - required

DL - Drivers License Upon Hire - required
