Qualifications/Duties:
Hours: 40 hours

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

Required Minimum Experience: Five (5)  years in public accounting and five (5)  years in healthcare environment. Previous leadership experience.

Required License: Current CPA and must be in good standing

Skills: Proficiency in MS applications

Job Duties:
FINANCIAL PROGRAM/ MONTHLY CLOSE:
Responsible for the development of a comprehensive financial program that accurately presents the financial position of the entities assigned in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Incumbent shall
provide financial consulting and interpret financial information to senior management and entity managers.

INTERNAL CONTROL STRUCTURE:
Maintains the appropriate internal control structure to assure the assets of the entities assigned are properly protected and operations are conducted within the limits of all local, state and federal statutory requirements.

STAFF MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT:
Supervision of Accounting Managers/Accountants responsible for the proper recording of assigned entities financial activity.

COMMUNICATION:
Direct interaction with the entity finance officers on a monthly basis to review assigned entities financial
performance.
