Qualifications/Duties:
Texas Health Resources has an opportunity for an RN Faith Community Program Coordinator interested in creating and developing community relationships/partnerships between area faith communities and organizations and engage them in covenant relationships with Texas Health Resources.

Qualification
- BSN Required, Masters Preferred

Experience
-5 years nursing practice experience required.   
-1 year in faith community nursing experience preferred.

Day Shift with some evening and weekend hours; must be flexible to meet needs of faith communities; 40 hours/week
-Creating and developing community relationships/partnerships between area faith communities and organizations and engage them in covenant relationships with THR.
-Coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of faith community nursing across the lifespan in collaboration with the covenanted faith community nurses/congregations.
-Collaborating with FCN colleagues and program director to establish goals, develop metrics and gather data that demonstrates FCN activity, programs and outcomes within the faith communities.
-Facilitating, enhancing and strengthening faith community nursing practice within covenant congregations and the community through training and continuing education.
