Very successful Trauma and Acute Care - General Surgery practice located in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Physician Assistant to assist in the operating room with general and trauma surgery cases. The ideal candidate is an integral member of the surgical team and participates in opportunities to improve the quality of care provided to trauma and general surgery patients across the continuum of care, through daily activities that support the Trauma Performance Improvement Program. The PA will join this established practice of 9 general and trauma surgeons.

Requirements Needed to Apply:
• Texas licensed & Board Certified Physician Assistant
• Certified new grads welcome to apply
• Experience or interest in Trauma and/or ED
• Previous research or interest in research is a plus

Physician Assistant Qualifications:
The Physician Assistant (“PA”) will be licensed as a physician assistant in the State of Texas and maintain such license in good standing at all times. Master's degree Physician Assistant required.
The PA will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and will be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
The PA’s duties and responsibilities apply to the THPG patient population and assigned setting only.
