Qualifications/Duties:
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth seeks to hire a Registered Pharmacy Technician to work Full-time variable shift.

WORKS SCHEDULE / HOURS:
Full-Time; 40 hrs/wk. Variable shifts 6:30am-3pm; 2:30pm-11pm; some middle shifts, every other weekend off and will work some holidays and overnight relief.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED

EXPERIENCE Required: NONE

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
IV lab and hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Will be expected to become certified in Sterile compounding as required by State law.

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION:
Must be CPhT certified and Registered as a Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy


SKILLS:
Basic computer skills for data entry and medical terminology preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Sterile Products Lab (SPL) experience
Previous hospital pharmacy experience
Medical terminology
