Texas Health Southwest
Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Occasional Saturday morning hours and Tuesday evening hours may be required to cover staff vacations.
Required minimum education:
ARRT Accredited School of Radiology Technology
Required minimum experience:
Five years as a Mammography Technologist required. Two years as Lead Mammography
Technologist preferred. Experience with TDH QA task/processes required. Knowledge of NAPBC and ACR standards preferred.
Following certification required:
ARRT (R), ARRT (M) , TDH CMRT, CPR
Ability to perform 2D and 3D screening and diagnostic mammogram exams required. Stereotactic and bone density experience preferred.
Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills critical to position.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
Organize and complete required QA/QC activities.
Assign and oversee department staff
Supervise daily department operations.
Interact with physicians, patients, and other stakeholders.
Work closely with other department within hospital and other stakeholders.
Provide leadership to assigned personnel.
