Our Intensive Care Unit is in need of a ICU RN on a full time basis. The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
**** Full Time; 7A-7P with weekend and holiday, on call requirement; 3-12 hour shifts ****
Qualifications for this position include:
BSN preferred. RNs hired after January, 2014, require completion of BSN within 3 years of start date. RNs hired within THR after December, 2016, require completion of BSN within 2 years of start date.
One year experience as a clinical nurse, or completion of an RN residency program, or acceptance into a THR residency program. RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing; Current AHA BLS and ACLS training upon hire. AHA NIH within 30 days of hire. CPI within 60 days of hire.
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
* One year experience in ICU preferred
