Qualifications/Duties:
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Cleburne is in search to hire a Clinical Outcomes Analyst.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00a - 4:30p

High School Diploma required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
2 years experience with spreadsheets or database reporting; healthcare experience preferred.

Expertise in data collection, aggregation, analysis and display of data using spreadsheet or database applications. Excellent verbal and written skills. Advanced computer skills. Facilitation/presentation skills.

Essential Functions:
-Provides analytical, educational and technical support in areas such as quality improvement/performance
improvement, infection prevention, patient safety goals and licensure and accreditation activities.
-Creates spreadsheets, reports and database queries. Enters, imports and maintains data. Audits data for accuracy. Provides data to third parties as directed.
-Collects and summarizes data/information to communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
-Keeps current on all pertinent clinical data base systems, tools and techniques.
-Other duties as assigned.
