Qualifications/Duties:
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Alliance seeks to hire a Pharmacy Technician to work PRN (as needed).


WORK SCHEDULE:  
PRN (As Needed) availability morning/evening on weekdays and/or weekends;
Shift hours 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:00 AM -5:30 PM, 12:00 PM-10:30 PM, 2:00 PM -10:30 PM.

EDUCATION
High School Graduate or GED

LICENSE / CERTIFICATION
RPhT- Registered Pharmacy Technician
Registered with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy

EXPERIENCE Required:

NONE

Preferred Experience
Sterile Products Lab (SPL) experience
Previous hospital pharmacy experience
Medical terminology

Sterile IV lab and hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Will be expected to become certified in sterile compounding as required by State law (IV Certification).


SKILLS
Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and poses basic math skills.
