Work Hours/ Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM as needed

Minimum Education Required: Completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program

Minimum Experience Required: none required

Minimum Licensure/Certifications Required: Texas (Physical Therapy Assistant License within 60 days of hire; CPR certification or certification within 60 days from Hire Date

Minimum Required Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English; Problem – solving ability; Ability to teach others; Time management skills; Good interpersonal and customer service skills, Basic leadership skills

Qualification/ Duties: Uses therapeutic treatment techniques appropriate to patient age and desire for treatment. Performs treatment procedures that are within the scope of the professional license. Documents all aspects of each treatment session in accordance with departmental, TJC, Medicare, and other applicable regulatory guidelines
