Min. Education required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Min. Experience required: 10 years Accounting or Finance in the healthcare industry, including experience with physician compensation. Understanding of physician practice revenue cycle and patient fee for service billings is required. 3 years managing/supervising experience required.
**Payroll experience preferred.**
License require: **CPA preferred**
Direct the preparation of compensation models for 900+ physicians/providers. Implementation of new models includes detailed production and variance analysis by physician and practice, measuring provider productivity as compared to prior periods and MGMA industry standards.
Responsible for calculation of compensation rates per wRVUs, creation of compensation structure for all physician practices and implementation and adoption of physician and mid-level compensation plans.
Manage the outsourced accounting function with MSI requiring coordination of month-end close activities, approval of journal entries, coordination with THR finance personnel each month, and ensuring that the general ledger is overall complete.
Acts as liaison for the THBC entity overseeing the financial close, physician compensation, contract requirements, audit and overall executive relationship responsibility.
Manages all other contracts, both in partnerships and subcontract arrangements, for THPG assuring contract language is met and financial expectations are carried through.
Responsible for monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the organization’s (THPG & THBC) payroll processing objectives, including relationships with all internal departments along with external auditors and state/federal agencies.
