Reporting to the SVP Consumer Product and Service Development, the VP Digital Experience will design and implement technology solutions to improve consumer and care team experience.

Position includes 4 direct and indirect reports

Professional Experience / Qualifications:  

•Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information services, marketing, communications, public relations or business
•Ten years’ marketing / information services experience of which two or more years are in the health care industry
•Master’s degree preferred

This position has the following duties and responsibilities:
•Create consumer-facing technology
•Design experience enabling technology
•Equip care teams with tools and technology to facilitate engagement and connection with patients and consumers
•Develop enterprise architecture
