Required minimum experience: None. Preferred: 3 years Hospital experience.

Required license/certification: Active, licensed Pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to practice Pharmacy in
the State of Texas.

Required skills (if applicable): Must be proficient in written and verbal English language communication skills, computer proficient and possess basic math skills.

This position is responsible for role modeling teamwork and advancing employee partnership, including actively recognizing excellence and improvement
from co-workers, in addition to holding one’s self and others accountable for high quality and efficient teamwork between the pharmacy technician and
other healthcare providers.

This position is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation, delivery & storage of medications, including (when appropriate) the use of
technology to do so. Additionally, clinical services should be provided to ensure safe medication administration and for clinical monitoring.

This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of one’s own work as well as the maintenance of required competencies, certifications, registration
and other documentation. This position must also consistently reflect the department’s Quality Improvement and Patient Safety standards, programs and initiatives.

This position is responsible for the ongoing professional development of one’s own self and peers including demonstrating situational leadership and remaining in a constant learning and teaching state.
